100 BEST ’15: CHEUNG FUN at SUN HING LUNG CO.

I’m counting down the 100 best dishes I tasted in 2015…

Cheung Fun at SUN HING LUNG CO.

There are an endless number of hidden food options in Chinatown. Some are literal holes in the wall. others are down a hallway, but Sun Hin Lung Co. is really a window attached to a tofu factory. From the window, you can purchase excellent rice noodle crepes that are cooked with scrambled eggs (if you like) and a variety of meats. You can have it for breakfast or as a midday snack, but whenever you eat it, make sure to try it with the three sauces (including a peanut sauce). Price: $1.50
