Plenty of the carts and trucks I’ve already featured on this video series are used to the press and the attention. There is no shortage of writing and documentation of the food truck businesses. But the very non-descript Banh Mi Cart in the Financial District isn’t very well-known outside of the many regulars who order their overstuffed sandwiches every day.
