There are countless Mexican carts in New York City, but only a few of them offer tacos, tortas, and huraches beyond the typical chicken, pork, and beef. El Rey del Sabor (the King of flavor) rolls out Mexican specialities like pambazo, huitlacoche (black corn), and chauplines (grasshoppers).
