Now. To be specific, I want the caramel and/or chocolate. I only brave Rockefeller Center a few times a year for either Teuscher's Champagne truffles or La Maison Du Chocolat. While you withheld a point from them for only offering the ice cream five months a year, I sort of like it. It isn't exactly seasonal eating but I am always charmed by places that only offer certain items part of the year---even if it means I have to brave the summer crowds at Rockefeller Center.
